Job Description:
Creative Care is looking for a warm, reliable RBT or ABA Therapist to work 1:1 with a young child on the autism spectrum. This is a consistent, long-term position with a stable schedule and a supportive BCBA team behind you.
What You'll Do
- Run structured ABA programs focused on communication, early learning, and behavior reduction
- Collect and chart data each session
- Follow BCBA guidance and participate in regular supervision
- Support parent carryover and daily routines
Schedule
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday (or similar): 5:00–7:00 PM
- Saturdays: 1:00–5:00 PM
- Approx. 10 hrs/week — consistent and reliable
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification (candidates actively working toward certification within 60 days will also be considered)
- Experience with young children on the autism spectrum preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in home and daycare settings

Pay: $23–$28/hr based on experience and certification
